Why Choose Biello & Soowal, PLLC

Choosing the right law firm can shape your future. When your education, career, or professional license is on the line, you deserve attorneys who understand what’s at stake and know how Florida’s systems work in practice.

We built Bilello & Soowal, PLLC to stand beside students, educators, and families during the moments that matter most, especially when the system feels stacked against you.

Our Practice Is Focused On Protecting Students And Educators

We concentrate on education law and related high-stakes disputes. That focus means we deal every day with the rules, procedures, and decision-makers that shape outcomes for students and teachers across Florida.

We Represent Students Facing Serious Disciplinary Actions

When a student is accused of wrongdoing, the consequences can follow them for years. We help students protect their rights and their records in matters involving:

  • Suspension and expulsion proceedings
  • Academic misconduct allegations
  • Student conduct code violations
  • Title IX-related issues and investigations
  • Other school or university disciplinary hearings

We step in early, build a clear strategy, and fight for fair treatment at every stage of the process.

We Defend Teachers And Education Professionals

For educators, disciplinary action can threaten a career you’ve spent years building. We represent teachers and other education professionals in matters involving:

  • Teacher discipline
  • License suspension or revocation
  • Investigations tied to professional conduct

We know what these proceedings mean in real life, and we advocate hard to protect your livelihood and reputation.

We’re A Two-Attorney Team That Works Every Case Together

We’re not a volume shop where your case gets passed around. Our firm is led by two attorneys, Nathan Soowal and Chelsea A. Bilello, who work closely together on each matter. That means:

  • You get direct access to your attorneys
  • Your case benefits from two perspectives and two litigation backgrounds
  • We stay aligned on strategy from start to finish

You’re not hiring a name, you’re hiring a focused team.
