An Attorney Who Strongly Believes In What He Is Doing

I went into educational law because it is my belief that everyone deserves an education that is specifically suited to their needs. The law is clear in what is required of educational institutions when it comes to serving the needs of special education students and other nontraditional kids.

Sadly, I have seen far too many instances of schools failing to meet educational requirements mandated by law. My goal as an attorney is to help parents and students hold educational institutions accountable and make sure every student gets the educational services they are entitled to by law.

Always Available For Clients

There are too many education law attorneys who meet with clients and then refuse to take calls or make themselves available when it is inconvenient. That is not right.

It is important to me that I am available to all of my clients as much as possible. When questions, conflicts or other issues crop up, the world does not wait; you should not have to wait either. It is my pledge to be as responsive and available as I can to meet the needs of my clients no matter when those needs arise.

A Compassionate, Hands-On Approach To Law

For me, practicing law is about helping people. I understand the frustration of dealing with uncaring and unresponsive educational institutions, especially when special needs children are involved. Education law is intended to make education accessible to all.

It is both frustrating and heartbreaking when the system breaks down. My goal is to help my clients make the educational system live up to its responsibilities to ensure that they or their children get the resources and opportunities they deserve.
